Minterest's launch is divided into two phases: Private and Public.
Private Launch is access-limited with basic features activated in a closed environment. Only Minterest NFT holders can access the protocol to supply and borrow and earn generous rewards. Minterest NFTs can be purchased from the community on OpenSea.
Public Launch marks open access of Minterest to the public with a complete set of core features, liquid native token (MINTY), and Minterest NFTs now providing a boost in rewards to supplying and borrowing activities.
NFT access is a unique feature of Minterest that grants exclusive privileges to a select group of individuals during the Private Launch period. Only those who hold Minterest NFTs, which were acquired through earlier investment rounds or the Minterest LBP, will be able to participate in the protocol and earn rewards. This phase is designed to put the protocol through its paces with a smaller group of early adopters before the protocol is made available to the broader public. As a result, rewards should be higher for those participating as liquidity providers.
The Minterest app is designed as a responsive web app, which means that it can automatically adjust its layout and content to fit any screen size. We currently support all of the main browsers that are commonly used by our audience, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Brave. However, we highly recommend using Chrome in order to get the best experience when using the Minterest app.
Minterest supports a variety of wallets through integration with Blocknative. Currently, Minterest has activated support for several popular browser wallets like Metamask and Brave, as well as WalletConnect and hardware wallets like Ledger and Trezor when used with Metamask.
